I am not accepting insurance anymore, except for:

• PIP/Personal Injury Protection Insurance (Motor vehicle accidents)

Some insurance plans allow you a certain amount of massages and will pay out-of-network providers. Please check with your insurance if that is the case before your first visit with me. You will have to pay at the time of the appointment, I will provide you with a receipt that you can present to your insurance, and you should be (partially) reimbursed.

Massage needs to be medically necessary in order to be covered, thus I recommend to get a doctor's referal for massage therapy.
